Workforce mental wellbeing best practice and networking brunch

What we consider to be a 'place of work' has changed. We now not only have traditional office workers  and on-site workers, but hybrid workers, remote workers, and employees who are out on the road.

To create a psychologically safe environment we need to think beyond traditional offices and workplaces. We need to consider the workplace of today in its many forms - from both a physical and virtual perspective.

Join our roundtable as we discuss how to close the gaps

More about this event

What does a psychologically safe workplace of today mean to you?

Today's work environment is very different to what it was three years ago. Employee and employer awareness of mental wellbeing is the highest it has ever been, yet stigma remains a major hurdle for organisations looking to build resilient workforces.

Creating a psychologically safe environment needs to think beyond traditional office and workplaces. It needs to cover remote workers, mobile workforces and online spaces.

Long-term culture change, and changes you can make today

Whilst we are all making progress, mental health remains a taboo subject for many employees. Transitioning will require long-term cultural change, but what strategies can we implement today to lay the foundation for positive growth?

An in-person interactive session for 20 guests.

Join Kooth Work’s clinical and workplace mental wellbeing team, along with our special guest experts for an interactive session. We’ll address important questions, uncover best practices together, and provide a guide to creating change.

At this session you will learn:

  • How to define what psychological safety should look like
  • Strategies for physical, remote, and virtual workers
  • How to create a roadmap to achieve long-term cultural changes
  • How to identify changes you can make to improve things today
