Research-driven impact

With over 20 years of experience and real-world data, our work is grounded in the voices of young people and a robust evidence base. The impact creates a ripple effect, from improving individual outcomes to easing pressure on the NHS. Our insights drive continuous improvement across our services and partnerships, strengthening mental health support for everyone.

How we work

The ripple effect

Dr Louisa Salhi discusses how Kooth creates a ripple effect beyond individual support, helping to reduce pressure on NHS services, improve outcomes like self-harm and suicidal ideation, and positively impact areas such as education and wellbeing for young people.

Why we do what we do

Kooth was created to break down barriers to mental health support. Since then, we've expanded from the UK to the US, building an evidence base that meets real-world needs across systems. (Insert US details or link here) Our research is grounded in data from over a million people, helping commissioners, providers, and policymakers understand what works, why it matters, and how to deliver better outcomes.
