Building an effective mental wellbeing support programme to meet the requirements of your workforce can be challenging, especially when you’re trying to meet a diverse range of mental health needs and levels of acuity.

Our research has shown that there is a 42% gap in terms of workforce needs and the support provided by employers - employers are simply missing the mark.

The burnout statement needs punctuation and clarity: "4 in 10 employees are at risk of burnout and half show signs of depression. Employers have the ability to close the support need gap to prevent and significantly reduce risk factors, building a mentally healthier organisation.

So how do you design the support programme that fits the specific needs of your organisation?

An in person interactive session for 20 guests.

Join Kooth Work’s research, clinical and workplace mental wellbeing team, along with our special guest experts for an interactive session as we uncover how to close the support gap.

We will share data from our latest Flourish research and walk you through how to effectively benchmark the mental health status of your workforce. How to identify the key risks, influences and support needs that are unique to your workforce.

We will also discuss how to apply these findings to build an employee workplace mental health support programme that is tailored to your organisation:

What we will cover

  • Identify the mental wellbeing challenges that are unique to your workforce
  • Compare against against a UK benchmark
  • Use a framework to identify the support gaps
  • Apply this data to augment your existing support programme
  • Build an ecosystem of support tailored to the unique requirements of your organisation
